| Dalam artikel ini, penulis membahaskan permasalahan berkaitan status campur tangan kemanusiaan antarabangsa dari sudut perundangan dan sudut pandang masyarakat antarabangsa. Hal ini disandarkan kepada kontroversi terhadap keabsahan campur tangan kemanusiaan itu sendiri yang menjadi mekanisma untuk menyelesaikan sesuatu pertelingkahan dan pergolakan di sesebuah negara. Di satu sisi, kegiatan ini melanggar kedaulatan sesebuah negara, namun di satu sisi yang lain, apakah negara-negara lain atau pertubuhan antarabangsa harus berdiam diri membiarkan penindasan hak asasi manusia yang kritikal terjadi dalam batas sesuatu negara atas nama kedaulatan negara tersebut?. Justeru, objektif artikel ini ialah untuk menghuraikan konsep campur tangan kemanusiaan dan merungkai beberapa persoalan yang wujud terhadap pelaksanaannya melalui aspek perundangan dan pandangan beberapa puak pemikir. |
